My Journey

I'm Azadeh, and I've built my career across three continents over sixteen years, all within logistics and supply chain management.

I spent a decade in international businesses across the Middle East, China, and Europe as an Operational Excellence Lead and Project Manager, driving process improvements, implementing Lean and Six Sigma, and training teams from shopfloor to boardroom. I mastered optimizing systems and delivering measurable results.

Then I transitioned into academia. For the past six years at Breda University of Applied Sciences, I've worked as a Logistics Lecturer and Coach, guiding international students into the workforce. This shift gave me an invaluable perspective.  I've built operational excellence in corporate environments and taught the next generation how to sustain it.

The Turning Point

Here's what I discovered: sustainable operational excellence isn't just about better processes. It's about developing the people who run them.

I've witnessed brilliant systems fail because people were burned out. I've seen metrics-driven cultures where performance climbed while engagement plummeted. I've watched organizations optimize efficiency at the expense of their people. When you ignore the human side of performance, even your best processes eventually collapse.

This insight changed everything. To truly serve my industry, I needed to bridge both worlds. So I became an NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, and NLP Coach, not abandoning my operational expertise, but integrating it with deep human development skills.

Most consultants optimize processes. Most coaches develop people. I do both, because I've lived both.

I've faced the quarterly targets, efficiency pressures, and resource constraints. I've also coached individuals through career crossroads and leadership challenges. I understand both the operational language of your business and the human language of your people.

I founded MindAtlas because I couldn't find someone who truly understood both the operational challenges of logistics and supply chain and the human dynamics that determine whether solutions actually work. So I became that person.
